what: An exhibition of your you-tube videos
where: I-HOUSE (PHILADELPHIA INTERNATIONAL HOUSE)
when: Date to be determined, should have confirmation by last week of classes
Micro-groups
I've broken you into groups to complete the following tasks for your exhibition
EXHIBITION DISPLAY
1. Determine what should be on walls to go with the video screening. Sean had shown images of the space. There's quite a bit of wall room that should be used. What kind of information and/or images should be included?
2. Brainstorm and bring in at least 5 ideas for class to vote on.
3. Please put together visual 2-D mock-ups to show us all (on March 17) so we have a good visual idea about your concepts.

EXHIBITION VISUAL ANNOUNCEMENT
1. Design image to represent the exhibition to be used on postcard and website.
2. Include a visual map or driving directions / include IHOUSE address and hours
3. Present at least 4 visual ideas to class on March 17.
DAN / JAMES S. / JEN / JAMES B.
PRESS
1. Create a 3-4 paragraph text to be used to describe the class project.
Obviously, you don’t know at this point what everyone will be including so, rather than discuss each video, brainstorm a method to discuss what the issues are about the project and what you think is compelling and problematic about you-tube.(Stongly recommended to use assigned readings and/or research to create)
2. Present your writing to the class, March 17. Make copies so that all of us can
write feedback on them.
3. Where should press materials be submitted? Signal? Online? What other venues on campus? Please have a list of your ideas to present.
JEFF / CHELSEA / KIM / AL
COMPILE FINAL WORKS
1. Collect all final videos
2. In FCP, import all videos into one timeline and export to DVD.
OR
IN DVD Studio Pro, compile all videos onto separate tracks and loop so play sequentially.
